Micheal Hardiman

Michael Hardiman is director of business development for conferencing and collaboration.  Hardiman is responsible for sales development of Alcatel-Lucent's collaborative application My Teamwork in Europe, and works closely with Alcatel-Lucent's enterprise activities UK & Ireland Direct Touch team, as well as its business partners and carrier group.

Hardiman, has an extensive background in both sales and software development, and was formerly director of global accounts for My Teamwork, Alcatel-Lucent's collaboration solution.  Having joined Alcatel-Lucent from eDial, during its acquisition in 2004, Hardiman spent several years developing My Teamwork in the US, where he had significant success selling the solution into organisations of all sizes.  Prior to joining eDial in 2003, Hardiman was director of channel sales at e-commerce software company ATG.
